Converted the project to use the new VRC SDK build pipeline.

• Updated all dependencies.

• Lots of general optimisation and maintenance.

• People their clothes won't randomly disappear anymore in the shrine......

• The leaderboard works again.

• Updated events board.

• More Marshallthon cleanup.

• Fixed a few buttons not respecting the haptics/audio settings. Some would still cause haptics and audio while after disabling it in the settings panel.

• @Chatmans changed up a few pictures around the world. Submissions for our Just Dance giveaway can be found on the desk!
