- Fixed custom URL volume being affected by the normalised volume of the last played video.

- Fixed background mixes being louder than intended.

- Fixed a bug where setting the background music to never play would crash the background music system and cause it to get stuck in that state.

- Fixed rainsound playing incorrectly and getting stuck forever if someone went outside while it rained.

- Fixed floating repairbuttons when removing the upstairs boxes, they now disappear along with the boxes if you want the empty room version upstairs.

- Rules tablet can now only be picked up by staff.

- Background music now properly respects your CDN settings instead of always pulling from our NA CDN.
